         The inscription in one of the stays or rentings introduced on our Internet site implicates knowledge and acceptance of the conditions of sale specified below.

1. Inscriptions                                      

In case of inscription unless 45 days before departure, the sum of stay will be claimed in inscription.

We accept regulations in kind, cheques (in more than 30 days of departure), CB or banking transfer.

      2. Price

The prices of rentings or stays contain the definite indications included in inclusive prices. They do not include all services previous to the delivery of keys, and posterior in the reception of keys, (tips, drinks, expenses of personal order).

The inclusive prices of rentings or stays are fixed according to nights. In length is included the day of departure at a time of the check in, and the return day at a time of the check out. So, if because of timetables imposed by airlines, the first one and/or last day thought it was bobtailed by a late arrival and/or a morning departure, no refund could be envisaged.

The description of hotel benefits can suffer light modifications (suplémentaires or deficient equipment). To us will try hard to us if at all possible to inform about it the purchaser during inscription, failing the update on the Internet site.

Are excluded:

       3. Conditions children

• Children between 3 and 12 years: 25 % reduction on stays.
• From 12 years: stays full rate.

Every child under 18 going out of his country must be provided with an official identification document and/or a permission of exit of territory, if the child does not travel with one of his parents. From 0 to 14 years: if he does not have personal papers of identity, they can appear on the passport of the person invested with the parental authority with whom they travel (from 7 years compulsory photo). From 15 years: he must be in possession of papers of identity in his name. Consult prefecture or concerned services.

Trankiland cannot accept inscription in one of the stays or renting of a not accompanied miner (except particular conditions, parental consent). Consequently, we could not be kept for representatives in case in spite of this proscription, a not accompanied miner would be registered without his knowing it, on one of his stays or renting.

        4. Accommodation4. Logement

         6. Formalities before departure

Because of the evolution of political and health situation, it is up to the consumer to enquire before its departure of formalities in force in the date of its departure. Trankiland reserves the right to cancel stay if the conditions of security, administrative and of health are not fulfiled. In case of not conformation in these measures, the client promises in writing to leave deliberately, at his risks and dangers and will be able to hire our responsibility by no means. Also, we will not be able to support charge or of cancellation which would result from the non-presentation of the requested documents. The accomplishment of administrative and health formalities and expenses of passport, identity cards, visas, vaccination etc... fall on the passenger.

        7. Formalities of health
